About Our Farm
The Saddleback pigs roam freely on natural pasture and are fed a cereal diet and forage on root crops. By using organic methods we have no need to use any chemicals or routine antibiotics. Chickens, Ducks and Turkeys are free range.
Every aspect of our traditional production methods contributes to the good old fashioned taste and flavour that cannot be achieved in any other way.
- Specially bred for traditional flavour.
- Grown more slowly and for longer to full maturity.

The meat you order will have been prepared to the highest standards and matured allowing the flavour to develop fully.
Additionally, for the Christmas period we rear traditionally bred Bronze and White Turkeys developed from slow-growing breeds. They are fed a vegetarian diet of natural foods - which means that you will have an outstandingly good quality turkey for your Christmas dinner.
