Turkey In A Curried Mayonnaise Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 dessertspoon clear honey
• 2 tablespoons mixed chutney (e.g. tomato or mango)
• Scant glass white wine or dry cider
• ½ pt double cream
• ½ pt mayonnaise
• Curry powder to taste

Instructions

Mix all the above ingredients together, add to cold turkey which has been cut into bite sized pieces. Serve garnished with parsley and paprika.
