Hot Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 16oz diced cooked turkey
- 8oz chopped celery
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup undiluted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cups of crushed potato crisps
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ½ cup grated mature Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except crisps and cheese. Blend well and spoon into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with crisps and bake at 350F/180C/Gas 4 for 20 mins until hot. Sprinkle with the cheese and return to the oven until the cheese melts. Serve immediately with a dressed green salad and crusty bread.
