Saracens Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8oz Greek yoghurt
- 8oz humus
- 4oz feta cheese diced
- diced cold turkey
- a few chopped olives (optional)
- ciabatta loaf
Instructions
Mix together the Greek yoghurt and humus and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the Feta cheese diced cooked turkey and chopped olives. Spread thickly onto the ciabatta loaf sliced lengthwise. Cut into three pieces and serve.
