Chickens

Our quality Chickens are hatched on the farm and are reared on a cereal, additive free, diet in our barn bedded on straw. They are plucked, hung for maturity, and then dressed by us before selling direct to the customer.

Whole oven-ready chickens are available in a range of weights between 1.5kg – 3.0kg and come with giblets. We also supply chicken portions, (breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings in a spicy coating)

Because we process the birds ourselves we are able to be flexible in meeting your requirements. Call us if your prefered option is not listed below.

Ducks

Our Speciality! Increasingly popular, they benefit from grazing on the Welsh mountain grass to provide you with a succulent duck with a high meat-to-fat ratio. We hang them, after plucking; to improve the eating quality and we feel sure you will notice the difference. Our ducks come highly recommended by Angela Hartnett, Head Chef at The Connaught Hotel, Mayfair.
