6. We cannot guarantee an exact weight or size of every product sold. Although guides are given for each product and we will make sure your product is within these.
   
   
7. Returns - Due to the nature of products being sold, we cannot accept returns. However if there is a problem with the product please contact us.
   
   
8. Prices - The prices shown on this web site include VAT and exclude delivery. UK VAT is charged at the current rate of 17.5% on all purchases and delivery charges, as shown on the Order Form prior to purchase.
   
   
9. Delivery - Overnight Delivery to your door via a courier on a Friday packed in an insulated container with ice packs. It will require a signature or it can be left somewhere safe if you give us instructions before we dispatch. We would appreciate orders placed at least one week in advance.
